Some of the major features of the Garmin nuvi 360 is the Bluetooth wireless technology, built-in microphone, MP3 player, hands-free calls, USB interface cable, JPEG picture viewer, travel alarms, currency converters, preloaded maps, text-to-speech, real-time traffic and free automatic weather updates. The Nuvi 360 is a high-sensitive GPS receiver with exceptional performance and reception. The bright 2.8×2.1 inch TFT display with white back-light provides you with easy readability even in very bright or very dark lighting conditions. This GPS navigator is small and can easily be placed at the dashboard of the vehicle with the help of a suction mount of the navigator.

The preloaded maps in the nuvi 360 include Navteq-driven maps of the United States, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. It also features a touchscreen interface with 2D or 3D map options and turn-by-voice modes. It also comes with a built-in lithium battery that can provide up to eight hours of life, a battery charger and a 12/24-volt adapter cable that allows you to charge the navigator in your car. The navigator also incorporates the Garmin Lock feature. It is an anti-theft feature of the unit that will disable the unit until a specific four digit PIN is entered or by taking the unit to a specific (preset) location.

You can also make hands-free calls from the Garmin nuvi 360 using the inbuilt Bluetooth wireless. You can also dial numbers using the touchscreen keypad. To make a call and answer calls, tap the touchscreen using your fingers and speaks through the in-built microphone. You can also dial numbers from the personalized phone book and also find a phone numbers of more than six million points of interest using the database that comes with the Garmin nuvi 360.
